Uniform Rule 23 be waived on SENATE BILL NO. 148 "An Act                                                                        
excluding certain land from the Kachemak Bay Critical Habitat Area"                                                             
for the Resources Committee meeting on February 5. Without                                                                      
objection, it was so ordered.
